Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a sales professional in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role offers uncapped earning potential through a commission-only compensation structure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.

Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

 

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product and its value proposition.

Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our software to potential clients.

Value selling skills would be an advantage

 

Sales Presentations: Smart Approve Demonstration

Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.

Customise presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

 

Closing Deals:

Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

Overcome objections and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

 

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Utilise HubSpot CRM tools to manage and organize the sales pipeline efficiently.

 

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client needs and market insights.

 

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

Proven track record in a commission-based sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

  • Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission based on achieved sales targets.

PHP Developer

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive experience in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements, and new development as required

  • Work in a data analyst role and with business intelligence applications

  • Document features, technical specifications & infrastructure Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to convert business needs into technical specifications

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' of experience in web development and software design

  • Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases
